  22. Some talented children qualify for entry into the university for her degree programs while still under 18 years of age. Nigerian banking policies have it that a person must be 18 years or older before he/she can open an account with them. Where then will the prospective student, who is under 18 years have the ATM to use for application payment? The same goes for the email address. Please, help us.
    Thank you.
